Activity 2: School Life - Share Your Ideas
Take a moment and think about the difficulties you generally face in school and try to find out which difficulties can be solved by the SMC members and parents around you. Now as teachers try to reflect on how these people should be approached and asked to make the situation better. Share your ideas.
FLN mission is a good initiative taken by MoE for the upliftment of new learner. it can bring a vast change in the entire education system if it is executed duly.

ReplyDeleteMany difficulties I face in school but all these difficulties can be solved if FLN is utilised properly. SMC plays a vital role for the success of FLN.
ReplyDeleteMany difficulties I face in school,but when FLN is implemented properly all these difficulties will decrease gradually,The relationship among SMC members, parents and teachers are grow nicely,the potentiality of the children will come out.
ReplyDeleteThe difficulties which can be solved by the FNC member and parents are:-
ReplyDelete1.Regarding sanitation issue in school.
2. Regarding girls children related issue.
3.Regarding environment related issue .
The teacher need to approach these people in a very humble way and point out before them in a detail manner about the difficulties which need to be solved by joining hand of parents and FNC member.
As a students , the major problem for me was to correlate between teacher and parents. Parents didn't understand when i told them about the problems i faced in school. Similarly it was difficult to made my teacher understand about the problems i faced in home. Now, as fln focusses on ptm , it's a very good step which may give relieve to the children by removing extra burden.
ReplyDeletePTM is the most important weapon to establish a firm relationship between teacher and parents. Whereas different events like workshops on FLN, general meetings with SMC and community, annual day functions, summercamps, art and crafts workshops etc can further lead to a firm relationship and understanding between teacher, parents and also the community.Direct involvement of parents or community in these activities can make these events successful.
ReplyDeleteParent teacher meet is an effective way of bridging the gap between teachers, parents and SMC members. Also community services that include participation of parents in workshops, annual functions etc help to do the same.
